T Wolves Barbosa back against the T-Wolves

Quote:
The Raptors received a modicum of good news on Thursday. Leandro Barbosa, who has missed the Raptors’ past 11 games because of a sore hamstring, participated in practice and is expected to play against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday night.

Modicum? This is huge news, the team can't win without Barbosa and it was clear because of this losing streak.

We'll still lose, he's rusty and this team sucks.

We just lost 13 in a row and we still have more wins then Minnesota. If we're gonna win a game, this is it.

A guy who can put 15 pts, With 3pts shooting, ability to attack the basket, is always missed. Barbosa is always putting pressure on the opponent in Offense.

Barbosa > Weems any day of the week. I hope Weems doesn't cut into Barbosa's playing time, that'll be a disaster.

I like watching Barbosa play.

I'm actually curious as to whether or not Toronto still has fans that just like watching the game of basketball being played, regardless of results, expectations and whatnot.

Seems like all I ever hear is endless analysis, bitching, crying, complaining, comparing and cynicism.

i absolutely still love watching basketball being played, but we're not seeing good basketball from the raps, thus the analysis and bitching. gotta watch other nba games to stay positive about the game itself...

They play in a harder conference and still have way more talent then the raps. We have little chance.

meh, we're gonna win again. May as well be against Minnesota, and it will be imo.

I like Barbosa a lot.

I hope he didn't rush himself back to action. Raptor fans know how nagging a hamstring injury is *ahem* Jose *ahem*.

Weems might get less minutes now since they might run Jose/Bayless at point, Barbosa at the 2, and DD at the 3 at some point.
