Default Atlantic preview: Everybody wants to get a piece of shamrock

CBS Sports did their preview today. Here's what they had to say regarding the Raptors.

Toronto gambled O'Neal will provide the legit, double team-drawing interior presence to free up Bosh and his inside-outside skills. The underrated Calderon lacks Ford's overall offense, but he's a strong, unselfish playmaker. Bargnani showed he can shoot -- and shoot with range -- in his first season. And second season. They want more. Like rebounding. Like using his 7-foot size as a presence inside. Like living up to No. 1 stature.

Another All-Underrated, Anthony Parker, shoots, runs and defends at the two. Jamario Moon leaped out of nowhere with freakish athleticism at small forward. The bench has Bargnani, 3-point specialist Jason Kapono, shooting point Will Solomon, rebounder Kris Humphries and former starter Joey Graham.

No,Calderon shoots a better percentage. He just shoots less and gets teammates involved more therefore his PPG average is lower.

TJ still scores much easier than Calderon. TJ's selfish, and shot happy, and it's totally reflected in his +/- stats vs. Jose (look it up), but make no mistake, TJ has an easier time scoring that Jose. He is tough to stop on the drive, and can get his pull-up from over the court.

so could Jose.

in fact, id bet anyone 100 bucks that is you asked Jose to get himself 25 shots a game, he could, and he'd probably shoot as good, if not better percentage then Tj, except of course he'd be messing with the team, and fucking everything up...kinda like Tj.

calderon could shoot on every pick and roll if he wanted to, but TJ is much better at getting shots one on one. Jose without somebody to set a pick would have a much harder time finding shots.
