Arenas: Complimenting Jose or Poking Fun At Him?

What do you think? After going on record saying Jose wasn't all-star worthy, do you think he warmed up to the idea of Jose actually being that good, or do you think Gilbert's just mocking him?

I don’t care what anybody says. I think right there just solidified himself as an NBA player. You can’t never take that away from him, no matter how much you try to take credit away from anybody, Mr. Knott.

sure doesn't sound like mockery.

I'm pretty sure Gilbert knows Jose is good.

Yeah, it sounds fine. He mentions the top 3 assists/game guys and then throws in Calderon (who is 5th) from his previous blogs. Really there was only 5 guys this year putting up 10+ or 15+ assist games this year, and Jose was one of them. If Jose's starter average was like 9-9.5, the difference between those 5 guys and the 6th (Baron Davis, 7.6), would be quite large.
