Another L... we are flat out terrible.

This team sucks.
We have a better roster than last year and we still can't pull off a damn win.

Gurk 12-06-2012 12:36 AM

Yes this is just sad. A move needs to be made at this point. BC, Casey or a player needs to be moved.

jeffb 12-06-2012 12:36 AM

If Colangelo can get anything decent for Bargnani and doesn't trade him he's a fuckin' moron!!

Tommy C 12-06-2012 12:42 AM

3 years ago I said time to let BC go, my co-workers said he was a great GM... maybe when you are the son of...
The way he dealt with Bosh's situation was a good enough reason to look for a new GM.
The only good move was to get Jonas.
yeah KL is a great PG but we lost our draft pick to the Rockets, which is going to be a high pick, but probably not a protected one.

Tommy C 12-06-2012 12:44 AM

Oh yeah.. and I forgot, Ross? Yeah very nice guy and seems like a nice pick up, but seriously, we needed someone else, let's admit it.

cloudnine 12-06-2012 12:44 AM

I hope the both the Lakers and Colangelo are desperate enough to do that deal that's been spoken about.

I just cannot face Andrea Bargnani in a Raptors uniform anymore. He represents so much disappointment and bitterness for this franchise.

Tommy C 12-06-2012 12:47 AM

Yeah but it's not only AB... Look at Fields' contract. JJ trade to the Kings... Second round pick for him, really BC? And the list goes on... this team with its current roster should have been around the .500

How good would a frontcourt rotation of JV, Amir, Ed and Drummond look right about now?

I actually like Ross right about now. Just trade for Gasol, front line of JV and Gasol would be awesome, if gasol is still healthy that is

4-15
If we lose to Utah, Clippers, and Blazers on the road; that puts us at 4-18.
Then with 60 games remaining, we need a 37-23 record to finish at 500. Playoffs are out of the picture. The problem is that we have enough talent to not be the worst team in the league. We can take a chance and tank, but that's not happening with BC in his contract year. If that pick was ours, I can see them pulling off a Bargnani trade for a pick and prospect. BC will try to go big and obtain a wing for Bargs, but with no one available he will settle on Gasol if the price is right and then add a wing like Chandler, Ariza, or Salmons (if he's over the past reneging).

:sigh: could have picked Lamarcus Aldridge over primo pasta, and Andre Iguadala instead of Araujo in two seperate drafts.. Being a raps fan is starting to become more painful than going through surgery.

MBailey85 12-06-2012 12:56 AM

The Raptors need Lowry or DeRozan or Casey to call out Bargnani for consistently under performing, not to create controversy but to motivate the "hub" to be exactly what he's expected to be. Kind of like how Kobe has repeatedly done with Gasol when Pau takes a step or two back

Stonezz 12-06-2012 12:56 AM

^Every team can play that game. Not worth it.

Toby 12-06-2012 12:57 AM

Ariza's a dick.

Stonezz 12-06-2012 12:58 AM

^Lol, ok...:cookie:

I like Drummond. But I am fully on the Ross bandwagon.

Beans 12-06-2012 01:07 AM

Last year I used to watch the unwatchable Raptors games because I thought I was watching the bottom of the cycle. Man was I wrong. :cookie:

At least last year we played good defense.
