Default Amir Johnson, The Warrior.

I've decided to make a thread for this guy. I'm sure now why BC gives him a huge contract. He's a fantastic player. Hard worker, Great defender, Great personnality, rarely making a mistake on the court. And he played almost all season with injuries.

Take a look at his statline the past few games

Last 5 games:

33.8min 17.6pts on 64% 9 rebds 1.2 steals 1.6 blocks

And tonight:
19 pts 12rebds 6assts 3 steals 2 blocks against Kevin Love.

But his impact is way more important than the stats.
Impressive.

(I'm not the guy who make this mix)

I agree. He's been impressive, he plays hard all the time no matter how the team is playing. He has heart.

Def worth the contract he signed and he is an absolute beast. He has like what 100+ games played without missing any even with those back spasms he had earlier on

Put him on your fantasy teams!!

If Amir can keep this up then it's one signing that NBA "experts" won't be able to mock us for anymore.

Amir could have gave up when he signed that contract (Hedo "Ball" Turkoglu).

Instead, he never gave up his amazing work ethic. He brings his heart to the court every single game. He is definitely not the most talented player on the roster, but contributes a lot to a winning team. Detroit and Milwaukee missed out big time.

He has a great BB IQ. How many guys can run the floor like him at PF ? He has a great read of the game too.
If I had to define his game with one word: Efficiency

We must find him a nickname! thought ?

It's clear that he's in pain. Every time he falls to the ground and slowly gets back up, it shows. He's great, consistent, and definitely hard working.

Love watching him hustle every night, hopefully he receives more praise outside of Toronto.

Always loved AMir. Just love seeing him do great on the court. Whenever he makes a basket, i say to myself "Good Job Amir.. Your doing it. YOur really doing it. lol"

We all knew he had the potential, and him and Calderon work really well together.
