We'll see if anything gets done. If all of a sudden Jose can get us a decent return i see BC pulling the trigger, but if nothing happens chances are it's because not much is being offered. I just think that if a good deal is on the table BC won't hesitate.

I don't see us trading andrea, especially not with davis taking a step back. We already have big holes at SF and PG and derozan is not blowing anybody away either. At least with Andrea and JV you can feel pretty good about your frontcourt so you can focus on the other 3 positions in the next 2 seasons.

It doesn't matter anyway, I doubt the offers are any good. I could maybe see the Lakers offering Gasol for Andrea + Jose, but that makes little sense for us. And I'm not even sure we are being offered that.

i don't see why we trade andrea, he is peaking right now and he still hasn't reached his peak years yet

why would we do that when we have another high pick, demar derozan, and tons of salary cap room,

if we just stick to the rebuild plan we'll be just fine,

especially with jonas valcuinuis

Exactly and Andrea is arguably the most talently player on the squad. Which isn't saying much but you don't trade your best player unless of course someone blows your mind with an offer.

yes Andrea is the most talently player on the squad but i'm sorry Gasol is better!!! and this isn't subjective. So
Calderon+ Bargnani for Gasol+ebanks+Goudelock + first lal 2012 pick

Gasol is also 5 years older and there rumours regarding him for several reasons..... and it's not just been this year.

but if it was Gasol for Bargnani and Jose, of course he'd love it. AB beside AB would be as good as AB and AB-Milwaukee edition

wow, surprised to hear you say that!

for one thing, he's a huge upgrade on fisher!? So, what were you expecting from lakers this season? I'm guessing you think they'll make conf semis? So by adding jose surely they're giving themselves a chance of getting to the conf finals?

If toronto actually went the amnesty route, THAT would be a keen pick up for LA.

Lol Bargnani>Gasol

Just in terms of age, potential and the roster players they are surrounded with.

Raptors are smart enough not to even consider it.

Move on!

Your distaste for Bargs certainly clouds your judgement with the team moving forward.

Careful now...that is smacking of common sense and patience. 2 things sometimes lacking with some.
