How about something simple like "Crash". Kind of fitting for a guy who's main job is to crash the boards.

I like "Bulldozer"

don't know if it would suit his style of play tho but it would be a cool name for somebody

"Balls"

Literally, and metaphorically considering the contributions that we're expecting

I like "the sack puller."

The dirtiest play in NBA history:

Reggie Evans violates Chris Kaman

Remember when Rasho hit Reggie and drew a flagrant technical foul?

Default Reggie with the Straight Goods on the D

He doesn't sugarcoat things. Will he make some people from "across the water" a little angry?

This is from Arsenalist at Raptors Republic, quoting video that can also be found at Raptors.com.

Quote:
We have a lot of players from across the water. A lot of those player get portrayed as not being defensive players. So now I have like six players and that’s a huge challenge so we got to make sure we’re on point all the time. You hear things like ’slow feet’, ‘can’t jump’ so we got to find ways…and coach has a good scheme going to close out the middle which is good. Close the middle and run out to the shooters and that’s our emphasis. We’re going to try to ingrain that into everybody’s heads where we close out to the middle and work our way out.

I love his attention to defense and rebounding. The "dirty" things so to say.

I don't even care if he makes mistakes, it's his mindset, something we haven't seen in a while here, that really excites me.

I like that he pointed out that they get portrayed as not being defensive players. If anything his intent looks to be to ensure such portrayals ring false when it comes this team. At the same time he buys into it enough that he recognizes the challenge involved. I like the approach.

I have a feeling were going to be lauding him a lot this season for his effort, antics, toughness, rebounding, etc...

He seems a standup guy although I must admit he didn't sound intimidating at all when he was interviewed. He's got a much softer voice and a passive style with language and vocabulary that didn't intimidate me at all

I'm going to tell him you said that.

You better hope you don't run into him at Hooters.

Reggie evans make bargani a tuff player...Bargani played in the euro league and the center are not as strong compare to NBA...bargani had it easy going and propbably got the habit of relaxing...with evans he cant relax and have to be alert at all time...matter face evans could be the new pops...
