![]() This whole thread was made in response to the ridiculous claims that were being made based on our PRESEASON.
I got sick & tired of it... so I responded. How about you go back and find some of THOSE threads and bump them? ![]() As I said before.... I have little problem with anything that I said there (other than Jose'd ability to play D). I stand by it. |

1) Bosh overrated? 2) Bellinelli useless? 3) Triano a dud? 4) Jose's D? The only thing that I can see there that seems way off is #4. Way too early to say anything for sure about #3. #1 and #2 are bang on. |

a) putting any kind of faith at all in Bargs as a basketball player. b) thinking that Hedo wouldn't fall prey to the "I just got my fat contract so it's time to sit on my ass and do nothing" disease. c) thinking that Triano had the respect of this team. d) assuming that our players were grown men who didn't NEED to go out and be "motivated" to show some damn pride and to play with energy. You guys want to hear that you were right? FINE. You were right. This team is shit, it'll always be shit and I couldn't give a rat's ass anymore TBH. I'm watching Bosh, DD and Amir for the rest of this season. The rest of the team can go to hell until they show me that they're more than a bunch of pampered, spoiled millionaires. ![]() |

![]() Nope.
Unless the Raps start playing defense and actually looking like a professional team rather than a bunch of guys for the local YMCA I don't care HOW many games they win. I'm sure that they'll win a few... much in the same way that a blind squirrel finds a nut every so often (when we shoot it well and the opponent doesn't we'll have a chance)... but I see no reason for any kind of positivity anymore. My heart just aches right now for young guys like DD and Amir who really deserve a better learning environment (although Amir did have some good schooling in DET), and for Bosh who will get slagged AGAIN this season in spite of doing everything that he can do to win games. ![]() I think they need to get Reggie back, which sounds so cliche since I've heard that 10 million times, but I really think he's the one guy that can get out on the court and show these pussies how to play with some fire. Is he going to turn the entire season around? Probably not, but at least maybe we'll have a guy out there competing and taking pride in what they do instead of giving up before the warm-ups are even off.

We HAVE a couple of guys who are giving it their all. I don't think that anyone can argue that Amir in particular doesn't give 200% every game. Doesn't mean a thing though if no one else cares. |

![]() I was waiting to see what we'd do against CHA tonight before I bumped this.
![]() 5-0 and there is DEF. a difference in the way that we're playing now. Anyone who disagrees can bite me. ![]() I don't care if we lose the next 3 to BOS, ORL and SA.... as long as we compete like this I'm happy. THIS is the team (and the effort) that I thought we'd have seen from day 1. Better late than never. 1 game under .500! And at 16-17, 45 wins isn't out of the question.... ![]() |
