Still think it, but maybe 48 games into the season if he is playing like he did tonight I'll change my opinion.

for those keeping track, after the 48 game mark(not including the 12 games lost to injury)

Bosh points down
Bosh rebounds down
Bosh ftas down
Bosh steals down
Bosh blocks down
Bosh turnovers up

Bosh fg% virtually the same

Bosh ft% up
Bosh assists up

No worries guys.... once Bosh is gone and this team is led by Hedo and Bargs you won't hear a positive peep from me all season (except to root for Sonny).

It'll be fun to join the masses and slam everything about the team incessantly.

My prediction for next season?

23 wins.

I was right about ONE thing...and that was Jay's coaching skills.

He doesn't have any.

Just out of curiosity... do you plan on contributing anything of substance to this forum? Or are smart-ass remarks pretty much your whole shtick?

To me this season started out great with one lasting image - this -

And it was just an image that didn't recur much after that. It definitely showed me a lot of promise though, along with Bosh being able to hold his own in the paint, something which started to fade in the second half of the season. Everything fell pretty nicely into place when those two guys were right. Except when Triano failed to make sure everything fell into place. I'm still shocked that this team couldn't show anything beyond the two bigs. Shocked and disappointed, because the defense that was preached about leading up to the season just wasn't there.

There were still some nice wins. This was a good team. It just wasn't a team that could sustain an identity. Amir is about the only guy I can think of that sustained a steady level of play all season long.

23 wins my ass. We were a solid defensive point guard away from 50 wins last year

well on this one I claimed they would suck, and that Orlando already had the conference won. I was close, but then, I'm all over the map depending upon the weather

Coaching really does matter more than I ever wanted to admit. It looked like Orlando could have very well have gone in the wrong direction, but once they came out of their bad stretch of games, they ended up being better than ever. That's coaching. That's what we did not come close to having.

I think Jay will be much improved next year in terms of managing players, being tougher and getting on people. I think he knows he was way too much X's and O's last year
