The guy averaged 6 not 2 so who cares.... it's all about hating for most. Who really cares to hate that much? That's what I call love!

Well I don't know who else is on that 'long list'.
But Reggie Evans was stealing boards like crazy.
Evans likes rebounds like Blatche likes triple doubles. Nothing else matters.
It was hillarious.
At times he literally took the ball out of teammates' hands after they had it.

Idk I'd be pissed with a teammate acting like that. Like, cool, you get many boards, but why do you have to tunnel vision and grab it from your own guys, they are shy enough already. Who cares if you get 15 boards in a loss because everyone defers the boards to you.

I get it, you've been a scrub your whole career and now fans love you and announcers say you are a leader because you play your butt off and get nice numbers.
But to really be a leader you need to make your teammates better. Taking away secure boards from them and exposing them as little pussies doesn't help.

I wouldn't say a leader makes teammates better.

I'd say a leader, is a guy who stands up for his teammates, plays any role on the team and is an example for the younger players. That's where I see Evans as a leader. The guy never really gives up on a play, tries to maximize his limited talent and stands up for his teammates.

I love the fact that he thinks that ball is his. I wish other guys were just as hungry.

Its very difficult to average a double double. I can see him doing it a couple of years when hes in his prime, but 2nd year? He'd have to reach a level I dont think hes capable of as of yet to do so. But if he does, we have a very special player on our hands.

When he got starters minutes last season he averaged a double double. Give him 30mpg and imo he's right there. Too bad he'll be lucky to get 20mpg now.

If he gets the proper minutes, he will easily average a double double. Easily. I will then bump this thread and laugh at the 20 plus people who voted no.
