I sure did.

Wait... no... I was watching Halloween 2, cuz we don't have the Big Boy channels back yet.

But I can pretend for your sake, Acie.

Ya I started to choke up a bit when boogie was introduced. I godda say that intro was a little over the top. Next year I hope they get cirque de sole in the barn and do something a little different.

Choked up with emotion.

DVS, I agree. Didn't it seem to take forever for the starters to run from the tunnel?

the atmosphere in the building during the intro last night was amazing. warm responses for ap and jamario, cheers for all the raps, and goosebumps for rasho and boogie. awesome.

Rasho and Boogie got the loudest ovations by far (like 'trane pointed out). It was really nice to see. I've heard the building louder before. I thought the fans would come out stronger than they did. I mean, it was loud, but it could have been much louder.

He was the worst player on the floor imo. Instrumental for the win, letting him shoot the ball all night, mostly in the 2nd though when they got the huge lead.

Yes I think I was more amazed that Jamario Moon got to the line 3 times last night than the opening intros.

My apologies to all the men and women who worked really hard at those intros and we do appreciate the effort. However; I'm a no frills kind of guy. I don't need music, mascots or TIME OUT entertainment to enjoy a basketball game.

the small orchestra and 50 or so member chorus they trotted out was completely unnecessary. i like live music, but blasting a processed beat over the whole thing drowned it out completely. what a waste.

You gotta go all out opening night.

Ps - There can't be two Claire Huxtables. You're a day late and a dollar short, brother.
