8-9 man rotation?

Doug Smith brought up a good point this morning. What if the Raps don't put out a "second unit" most nights. In other words, there's always 1-2 starters on the floor at all times. Our bench is pretty weak,so i'm thinking this is what they've wanted to do all along. They won't be taking Bosh and O'neal off the floor together therefore one will always be on the floor,so Doug's revelation is exactly what will happen barring injuries. **crosses fingers**

I miss Delfino!

That is what is going to happen. There will always be one of JO and Bosh on the floor

Isn't there enough money for a minimum contract? If not this is going to be a long season.

1. Finally, another person on here understands how mucg losing Delfino will hurt this team.

2. Damon in a heartbeat, I watched him last year, he can still play.

Damon was probably the worst player in the league when he was with the Spurs.

Smitch better not do his hockey line changes this year. Theres 0 excuse for that anymore. Time to mix and match, and like another poster said, always have one of Bosh or JO on the court.

I see it like this:

Jose(36), Solomon(12)
Parker(28), Kapono(12), Adams(8)
Moon(30), Graham(12), Kapono(6)
Bosh(37), Humphries(11)
JO(30), Bargs(18)<---he'll probably end up around 22 though as the season goes on.

Looks about right thriller.
JO will probably play around 25. That will give hump his 13 minutes and Bargs the rest.

If JO only plays 25 we're in trouble. He may start around 28 or so but by the end of the season I expect him to be at 32 or 34 at the most depending on his progress.

I really think that for the first little while Ukic will get most of the minutes behind Jose.

Looks good but give Bargs 15 at PF and Bosh only 35.
Might also look to have Bargs for 2 or 3 at SF

There is no need to use that many players on a regular basis.

Starting five:

PG - Ocho
SG - AP
SF - Moon
PF - Bosh
C - JO

These five need only 3 more players to come in: Ukic, Kapono and Bargs. That's it.

If bigs are in foul trouble - bring in Hump. If one of AP/Moon/Kapono doesn't bring enough energy - bring in Graham. If Ukic sucks donkey balls - give his minutes to Solomon. But overall, no more than 9 players on this roster should see the floor each and every game, and 8 would be even better.

If the Raps have an 10 or 11 man roster we won't succed. I like what mike said, and I can see Smitch having a 8-9 man at the most 10 some games
