I voted 3-3.

They should win both of the home games.

I'm not impressed by New York, so I think that game is winnable. The Knicks have no depth. If either of Anthony or Amare has a bad game, the Raps could steal it.

I don't think the Raps will beat Orlando or Philly, but it's not out of the question. If the Magic played dumb and jacked too many 3s (which they do sometimes), the Raps might be able to steal that one with some luck. If Dwight gets a shitload of touches, Amir will need a back brace.

It's all relative to expectations. I had a shit eating grin during most of the 4th quarter of the Raps game against Indiana.

Should I be impressed by the Kinicks? It's a genuine question; I'm not trying to be rude.

I think New York is a little overrated. Like I said, they have no depth. Dantoni is probably envious of Casey's bench. I'm hearing a lot of analysts praise New York as a potential top 3 team in the East, but I'm not feeling it...yet. Carmelo is awesome, and one of my favourite scorers to watch, but I don't think Amare and Chandler are enough to pencil them in as an elite team. No depth makes a team very vulnerable during this packed schedule.

Of course, if they stay healthy, I could see them being a tough matchup in the playoffs, because you get more rest in the post-season and can afford to play your players 40 minutes every game.

I watched the game they played to start the season..Boston I think... they just have a lot of weapons when the games get tight. Talent really is king in the NBA. Hard work is fine, but these talented guys can ramp it up when they have to.

I mean if it's tied with 4 minutes to go, Toronto vs New York. I know the feeling in the very pit of my stomach is that it's a loss for the Raptors. Know what I mean?

Well, yeah, in a tie game with 4 minutes to go Anthony + Amare going to probably beat the Raps 9 out of 10 times, at least this season. No disagreement there.

But the last 2 games (L.A. and Golden State) the Knicks had already lost the game by then. They were already down by double digits.

Hmm... ok then. Guess time will tell.

One thing I do know... Spike Lee, fuck man, he's gotta go. He has actually convinced himself that he is in some way important. Hey Spike, you haven't done anything significant since 1990, and the Knicks, they haven't either. Nobody cares about you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well. I don't anyhow. Wish he'd sit the hell down

Oh, and just so I don't sound too crazy, remember that I was refering to the Raps possibly stealing the game. I think it's winnable, and can be stolen, but I don't think a Raps victory is likely. On paper, the Knicks should win. I definitely see the Knicks as a playoff team, just not top 3.

But, yeah, like you said, time will tell.

When the Levee's Broke is a must see.

And re:NYk - they seem like a bit of a jumble to me. That team has seen a bit too much turnover in such a short period of time. They'll do ok, but not as well as they probably could or should.
