Default $57.3 million

Quote:
The league has projected the salary cap will decline by $1.4 million to a total of $57.3 million this summer, which will cut into the nest egg developed by teams to spend on free agents. Of the eight franchises with cap space this summer -- Atlanta, Detroit, Memphis, Minnesota, Oklahoma City, Portland, Sacramento and Toronto -- only the Pistons, Trail Blazers and Thunder are expected to have enough space and ambition to be aggressive in taking on long-term commitments to improve their teams.

so where does this leave the Raptors this offseason?
Do they re sign Parker, Graham, Marion?
any new players?

We'll improve through Trade/MLE/Draft/FA. A bit of everything. We certainly can't just spend on FA's willy nilly (money isn't there). I also think BC will try to unload one of JK or Banks contract, possibly in the Bosh trade, which i still think is gonna happen.

I really don't see the benefit of re sign Parker and Delfino, very similar players expect age wise.

We need young-ins. We need to try and get some draft picks and trade for players with a lot of potential. Sorta what Portland did and now look at how sick there team is

Don't bring in Rasho unless hes willing to take a steep pay cut, or Delfino

re sign Pops, AP to a lower contract and Graham at 3 1/2 per year
