KD shot 35%, Rose shot 33.2%, Lebron shot 33%, Kobe shot 32.3%, Wade shot 30.6%, Manu shot 34.9%

just to put it into perspective Bargs shot 34.5%

And Jose has always been a guy who's taken good shots in the flow of the offence (why you have an obsession of him shooting more I'll never know and leads me to believe you've never known a guy who's played PG @ a high level).

Again, shooting 3s is pretty overrated.

Shooting 3's is a little overrated, but it's a necessity to say the least. BTW, 35% for our main 3PT threat isn't much to bragg about imo. As for an obsession of Jose shooting more, he's one of the best shooting PG's in the league and doesn't utilize that nearly enough. He does three things well, shoot, pass, takes care of the ball (safely ). Sorry but when someone is a very good shooter on a bad team and doesn't shoot, to me that hurts the team. To have a talent and not use it is not a good thing. Let's say he was a bad shooter/great passer and decided to shoot most of the time and not utilize his ability as a passer to best of his abilities.....wouldn't you get frustrated?

And most of those players aren't exactly known to be consistent 3PT shooters (Outside of Manu/Kobe who are starting to get old). What's the one thing most people say about Lebron, make him a jump shooter when defending him.

lol i don't know about overrated. Dallas would have not won the series thanks to having sharpshooters from downtown. Jet, Dirk, Peja (yes not so much in the finals), JJ Barea etc lol even Cardinal HAHA

Its not overrated but i would not go out and search for someone like a kapono just to make the 3pt shooting better. You want to gain more 3pt shooting as a supplement to the other major components of the game. Like you want to gain 3pt shooting in the process of gaining a guy that is an overall improvement on the offensive end. Looking for specialists for this team is a mistake. You need to develop an overall skill level with core players and then supplement with the specialists.
