Where it normally is.

Anywhore, I gave him a C. Hardly was given time to burn and just when he started too he injured himself.

I'm not even sure how to rank him. He was a third string point guard behind a rookie in Mario Chalmers and Chris Quinn (!!!!), and was thrown into the Marion/JO deal as a filler. He wasn't really expected to crack the point guard rotation and he didn't get much burn. Then he was out with an injury.

I'd say he met expectations. People knew he sucked, and he sucked.

heres a guy who avg'ed about 10 ppg a few years back and fell ass-backwards into a fat contract he didnt deserve.
i thought he got a bad rep in Miami and would come here looking for a fresh start.
Jose was hurt, Roko was his comp... and yet he still couldnt do much. then he injured himself and that was it.
waste of time and cash.

I didn't see near enough of Banks to even give him a grade.
It's safe to say that he's crazy over-paid and probably won't give the Raptors anything other than a $4mil cap hit.
If Marion walks, being stuck with this guy and losing the 1st rounder will sting that much more.

I dunno, I'd say he was our best defender at the PG position. A high D+

I like that BC gets stuck with the guy that he inexplicably overpaid in the first place. Actually I hate it, but it is so full of some kind of poetic justice. If anybody is going into this offseason as a fan, with full confidence in BC, they might want to look at how Banks is on his roster for the second time.

Banks signed his free agent deal with Phoenix in July 2006.
BC left the Suns for Toronto in February of that year.
He didn't sign Banks to that deal. Sarver did.
Ironic isn't it?
Stupid salary cap.

Great athletcism at the point guard position. He is overpaid, but maybe we should use him as a defensive specialist like how Boston uses Tony Allen. With great point guards like Devin Harris, Rondo, Louis Williams, and Nate Robinson in our division, we can throw Banks off the bench to neutilze their quickness.
