Default The XFL

I was just curious (and since theres not much going on these days) if anyone rememberd Vince McMahon's attempt at a football league in the XFL, I sure do, and for a lot of it being altered rules, and and experimental at that, I really wish they did another season, I actually liked the XFL! Not more than the NFL, but indeed more than the CFL.

So what was your favorite team if you do happen to remember it.

Mine was The Las Vegas Outlaws, and the LA Xtreme.

It failed for one reason. Because it was associated with wrestling.

all i remember about this league was when vince McMahon announced the opening of it at the start of the first game in an insane, gargled, screaming wrestling voice. That's seriously all i can remember.

I wish the CFL played more like the NFL, but I guess thats the whole point of the CFL and why certian canadians love it ,

I just think it would work better as feeder league into the nfl if they played by the same rules, also I think it gain more popularity over the summer in the U.S if it was played the same way which in return would feed money into the CFL which could help with paying players and overall product

I've tried multiple times to get into the CFL, just can't do it

its like the euros trying to tell canadians how hockey should be played, when we all know that Olympics, and World cups should be played on NHL ice size

or the euros telling americans how to play basketball, with there own weird rules, 3 point lines and foul calls, when we all know they should have the same rules of the NBA

here we are as canadians playing Football the wrong way when we all knwo we should be playing it like americans in its natural 4 down football, proper football size and field size,

I like the CFL. Not a big fan of american football too much anyways, but i'll watch some CFL if i'm totally bored and nothing else is on. I don't think it needs to change anything to tell the truth. It's been around forever so why should it feel the need to change its tradition? I can't see how making it a feeder league would be any better.

It's already popular all over the country except for Toronto so who really cares. I wouldn't change so much to appeal to one market.

The only thing that should be changed about the CFL is there endzone, F that...

But theres not enough teams or competition in the CFL to ever keep my interested. The quality of overall football through the league is just bad.

but it's the second best professional league in the world. I understand that the NFL is better, but the CFL is still good. I honestly don't see that much a difference in terms of skill or overall entertainment. I just don't.

Then again i'll be the first to say that i'm not a fan of American football so...

those 20 yard endzones  and they\re not even rectangles, some are trapezoids because of running tracks

I like the game because its more open but the player talent is real bad, but what can you do with a $4 mil cap

and more teams please
