i thought so....

fuck. it always sucks to see a player i like go to a team i hate. I'm sure he'll end up going there.

i do think they're overpaying for him though.

Apparently, thats their substitute of Cristano Ronaldo.

Suposedly, Kaka, Ronaldo and Ibrahimovic have already confirmed they are going to play for Real. He, gotta love the rumors if you are a Real fan.

And Ancelotty, Wenger, Pellegrini are the coaching candidates. But I cant see any of them comming really. Maybe Pellegrini.

Wow, Bayern are fleecing United if that's the case. From experience, the Guardian doesn't usually break sensationalist garbage like the sun, so there has to be some truth to it.

Ronaldo's done if that's the case.

Apparently there's talk of Cesc joining Real if Wenger decides to go to Real. Fuck!

Wenger isn't leaving Arsenal
his team is younger and more talented than Real

I hope Man U wastes their money on Frank

Of course he isn't leaving Arsenal. But you can never say never. I'll say that IF Arsenal goes to the final and by some miracle of God we win the Champion's League, then I see him leaving. He's won the EPL with a beautiful unbeaten year, would've won Champ's League. What else is there to do then?

But yeah, I don't see him leaving but you never know.

Ribery was #1 on their hit list.. #2 is benzema from lyon. And one other midfielder to replace giggs but I can't remember his name

LOL @ bel's old comment that man u isn't THAT good even though they have gone undefeated this whole tournament and somehow barcelona is better than them without beating them or winning the champs league.

Damn, the Gunners are leaving Almunia out to dry. He's the sole reason that they still have a chance.

Arsenal has always needed to work on their marking and defending. We search for the next best midfielder, forward etc. When it comes to the defence, it's always meh, he'll work.

Personally Hoops, I don't see it happening. Then again stranger things have happened.

I look at it this way. The best team doesn't always have to win the championship. The team that wins a championship typically has unbelievable luck on their way there.

Man U lucked out maybe once. but when u are #1 in the EPL... win the champs league... then the next year you're #1 in the EPL and are undefeated in the champs league.. I think it's ridiculous to think someone is better until the champions are beaten.

also, when you think about it, there are far fewer games played in Champions league. and the final is just one game.

A team can totally go on a hot, lucky streak that isn't nessesarilly indicative of their true place in the heirarchy.

That's why winning a domestic league (i.e. the premiership) is so much harder, IMO.
