Man U potentially doesn't face Barce until the finals and got Chelsea and Liverpool in the other side of the draw.

LOL there couldn't have been a more favourable draw for United

Rooting for a United- Bayern final. 10 years on from that legendary day...

Barca- Bayern/ Chelsea- Liverpool. Those are two mouth-watering ties( fans of the latter two must be sick of each other by now).

We should have back Adebayor and Fabreags for the game. So we could possibly see a healthy Arsenal side minus Rosiscky (knock on wood) against them. If that happens I think we should be able to get through, especially since we play at the Emirates for the second leg. Just wish Arshavin wasn't cup tied, he has been our best player the last couple of weeks.

ya that was a tough call. i was thinking penalty plus a yellow but you cant really complain if the red is shown for that.

Maybe this is a slip up you pud fans need.

Preventing a clear goalscoring opportunity with your hands is an immediate red. It was dumb but i guess it was instinct.

The wheels are falling off. I really, really hope this isn't a Newcastle-esque end of season implosion.

At least Chelsea are losing.

Hardly a bottom feeder? They're in the top half of the table and one of the best home teams in the league (outside the top 4). Beaten arsenal and drawn agaisnt chelsea and liverpool (the latter, at anfield).

Not trying to justify the defeat because you'd expect United to win, but this always going to be one of those 'trap games'. Still, extremely disappointing.

My god Chelsea is horrible now. If it wasn't for Peter Cech the Spurs would be up by about 4 goals. Our midfield is so past their prime it isn't even funny. No help for Drogba up front either.. Can I put out a hit on Anelka? The most overrated piece of shit in the EPL.

yes but with the way EPL refs suck at making calls, i wouldnt be suprised if the same play scholes made in another game was not called for a red.

Lpool has a very hard game tomorrow again Villa so dont get too excited just yet. Man U losing to fulham shows anything in EPL is possible.

I could care less who wins the EPL as my team aint there but definitely todays loss makes the race a little more interesting.

Anelka has always pissed me off. When he was an Arsenal property I dislike him and was doing a jig when we sold him.
