I really hope Spurs turn that down or they did turn that down if it is true. Also if those deals have been offered I hope they get refused. 100 or 60+Coentrao (one of the best LBs in the world) and DiMaria (who alongside Ozil helps make CR7 the goal/game player he is is way too much. If that did get turned down or even not considered that is a bigger example of idiocy than the offer(s) being put forth.

Nash does love the beautiful game. It'll be more of a training session or two than a tryout probably and it's a nice form of publicity for Inter as they've really gone down the past few seasons.

belsius your reading comprehension skills leave a lot to be desired. Or maybe you decided to give me an infraction without actually giving a fuck to understand what I was saying. but whatever. bale's not leaving. spurs are spending the revenue that the club has made and isn't dependent on a sugar daddy. spurs will be battling for top3-2 and is a dark horse for title next season. all is good with the world

No he knew what he was posting. You constantly hate on/disagree with or complain that teams spend cash on players but then ur club has spent more than many others like Windex posted. You say "sugar daddy" - you do know that Chelsea, United and Arsenal make a lot of money from advertising and make money from jersey and other attire sales. All 3 have a pretty big global fanbase for the most part. Speaking of jersey sales that's something Spurs could improve on. I don't think I've ever seen a Spurs jersey worn in the city of Toronto. Side story- I was at Sportchek looking at jerseys one day + I was conversing with a fairly good looking female employee and we both laughed @ Tottenham's expense that practically none of their jerseys were bought.

united and arsenal I don't consider sugar daddy clubs. I hate arsenal for another reason. indifferent to united.

chelsea, while they do have revenue, don't have enough to maintain their absurd spending on transfers and wages. so: sugar daddy

ive seen the jerseys around plenty. but yeah it's not as much as some other clubs. big whoop.

Hmm, must be because they play the market way better than Spurs

They're everywhere with mad endorsements, kit sponsors, etc. So - it's not like the man who lifted and then destroyed Malaga.

Well I'm sure a Spurs' fan would recall whenever he saw his fav team's jersey being worn. No it's a much bigger difference than you think. Liverpool, United, Chelsea and Arsenal jerseys are around aplenty (ie. being worn) but Spurs aren't. Maybe in the UK it's a more level playing field but Spurs really need to improve their global brand.

Yeah but 100 million is a lot to turn down. Isn't Tottenham building that stadium you keep talking talking about? Anywho I don't know what's more stupid the 90-100 million euros being offered or that it was turned down. Bale as good as he is doesn't change the fact that Spurs lost the UCL spot and even next season aren't guaranteed it. Most non-Spur fans say that the Soldado move is more of a move to provide some cover for when Bale leaves. I still think Man U is the best option as he'd be the undisputed star there. Not to mention he already knows the league and Man U really needs a star on their squad.

good for man-u. too bad we signed him from southampton and they failed to. we won't sell bale in-league. ever. we learned from the berba fiasco

the money for the stadium is already planned out. we don't use transfer money to fund it as we don't need to.

if soldado is indeed finalized (should be tomorrow), barring any freak, long season injuries, i'd bet 100 dollars that we'll make it. the bookies seem to agree with me too

Berbatov was bought for 10.9 million pounds, sold for 30 million pounds - fiasco indeed. Also could've gotten 50-60 million euros from Chelsea for Modric.

You do know that there are things called injuries right. You also seemed so sure the raps would make the playoffs last season if I recall.
