Someone commenting on an article about Isco going to Real, it's pretty funny:

"Another top player decides not to come to the EPL.
Strange. The Premiership is the best league in the world.
I know that because Sky Sports tell us every day. "

Would rather go to Real. All you have to be concerned with is Barca.
If he goes to City theres United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Spuds with quality sides. Also Liverpool when they decide to wake up.

Yeah but if he wants minutes City is better. That's pretty insulting to Atletico, Valencia, Real Sociedad, etc. Meh, same thing-BPL winner-United or whoever splashes the most cash. Liga winner-Real or Barca.

valencia, socieded are not in the same tier as spurs, arsenal, chelsea, city, etc. I'd put them in the same tier as say everton under moyez, or new castle when they finished fifth. slightly above current liverpool. atletico is in the same tier as spurs, arsenal and chelsea, but really without falcao they're in the same tier as liverpool, or maybe slightly above like socieded and valencia

the competition just isn't the same

It's either United or the richest team in BPL or Real or Barca in Liga. Sorry to break the news but Chelsea and City are above Spurs and Arsenal. Atletico given what they have done (3rd this season, 2 Europas, 2 Euro Supercups, 1 copa del rey) are near Chelsea and City's level but not there. It will be interesting to see what they'll do without Falcao I agree, that they may slip without Falcao but if they can get a decent replacement or 2 - like Negredo who was 4th in Liga goalscoring this past season behind arguably the 2 best players on Earth and the best 9 in the world, than they could be alright. Arsenal, Spurs, Valencia are on the same level. That's pretty insulting to say that of Valencia dude - Banega, Mathieu, Alves, Guaita, Soldado, Jonas, Canales, etc. Valencia would've gone 4th had it not been for the horrific injuries they were dealt at the back throughout the season but Sociedad were spectacular which is even more impressive given their transfer policy. Valencia and Spurs' had ridiculously similar seasons scrapping and missing out on the holy 4th place. Valencia they do this thing where they look amazing until December/January and then they fade. If Sociedad were in the BPL they'd be given Neymar-ish hype. Malaga are screwed now. Liverpool should be better but they just do ridiculously stupid things - Carroll, Henderson, Downing and more. However, I think Everton will slip once the Fro leaves and Liverpool will replace them given they've done smarter things-Sturridge, Coutinho, and now Luis Alberto. Will b interesting to see what comes of Suarez.

There is less separation there yes. However if we look further than things begin to change.

Everton (63) Liverpool (61) West Brom (49)

Malaga (57) Real Betis (56) Rayo Vallecano (53)

The split from 5th to 6th in BPL is 9 pts in BPL and 8 in Liga. Than 6th to 8th 14 pts and 4 in La Liga. Wait, that's very competitive. Meh, none of this matters cuz we see all the competitiveness in European play Even though many fans of many teams in the BPL may despise Chelsea, Chelsea has really saved the BPL's a** these past 2 seasons.

Also, I always hear this saying of sorts that the worst teams in the BPL r better than the worst of La Liga, going through the standings, it's not true at all.

EPL has more $$$ and thats all that matters
Spain has a lot of clubs with financial problems and they need to get better TV deals for the rest of the league. Should have a TV revenue deal similar to the EPL.

EPL and La Liga is a debate for the second best league because Bundesliga is the best.

Lol the BPL can have all the money it wants cuz it's working out just awesome in Europe Also, it's always hilarious or idiotic to hear how critics always think BPL is too physical when players come from La Liga but then they come and pretty much own because, you know, they actually have technical skills

Better tv deal is needed but issues lie a lot deeper than that.

Bundesliga is the best - I thought that was obvious.

Hm, last I checked there was only 1 English team in the semi-finals of Europa and UCL this past season (1 of 8 teams) and the season b4 that. Just saying.

Also, the thing about the BPL is, players from Brazil, Italy, Germany, Argentina, Spain, then France it's a half and Holland it's a toss up (half) as well - they don't dream of playing in England, they dream of playing in Italia, Espana or Germany. That's why BPL kind of has to get the best of the rest.

Wow if Tevez can actually play for a full season that's a steal. I guess Higuain is gone to Arsenal. If Juve can snag Tevez, Llorente and jojo in one summer that would be fantastic.
