trying to strengthen their notion of blue blood.

whats funny is that pre abramovic chelsea was a small time team with few achievements. just goes to show what money infusion can do.

was this post too insulting to the team? am I to be reprimended again?

Suarez is the the Mike Tyson of soccer. he better miss a game at least. the FA already screwed up the Aguero dive last week.

Man U and Bayern have clinched their titles. The elite continue to be elite while the only other hope for other teams is to get a sugardaddy or get great management and hope for a great/golden/promising generation.

In other news, Real Sociedad are in 4th

Gotze has just been sold to Bayern for €37m
and Lewandowski is going to leave. wonder if Dortmund is going to spend the €60m they will receive for the 2 players.

Bayern have just won the next 3 domestic titles.

While I cheer for Bayern and Gotze is an immense talent, this type of transfer just kind of irks me. I know he requested to go to Bayern and he's a top notch replacement for Robben, it just doesn't feel right.

I read this week that the Chair said the Bundesliga is lacking competition (somewhat true this season) and this type of move doesn't help. Who's Bayern's competition next season? Not Dortmund. Leverkusen? Schalke? They're significant steps below.

That said, three-four years ago, Dortmund was growing and made smart signings and their academy produces some quality talent and they still have talent, it just might take another two-three years to recover.

Even though I don't really watch soccer, I am thoroughly satisfied with the score. Take that, Barcelona band-wagoners!

I was hoping for and realistically thought Bayern could come away with a 2-0 win. But 4-0 is a whole different level.

Great win by my boys. They throughly dominated Barca without needing to dominate possession. It is a great day for Bayern fans and German football as a whole. Hopefully they can close out the tie and keep it rolling into the final.

As a Bundesliga fan however, I'm not sure I'm in love with the Goetze move. That being said, Dortmund need to reinvest the money they earn from these transfers and keep their team strong and developing.

Klopp did mention last week that Bundesliga is going to turn into the Scottish League. One dominant team and the rest fighting for second.

Leverkusen is going to lose their best player as well. Shalke has money an they always bring in a couple of good names but their still too far away from Bayern. Heard they'll get Santana from Dortmund.

Dortmund did reinvest the Sahin and Kagawa money buy bringing in Rues and resigning some players. There's talk of bringing Kevin De Bruyne and Dzeko to replace Gotze and Lewa.

I've been saying for a while now that Barca needed a replacement for Puyol. Bartra clearly didn't make the cut this game but they were really really really hesitant in developing him this year. Many times Adriano and Busquets were selected above Bartra for CB. There's still hope for him though. Should've invested in a CB instead of Alexis Sanchez.

Also, I've heard Negredo might go to Dortmund.
