I think it all had to do with scheduling conflicts. City won today 5 -0 against Barnsley in the FA Cup. Thus, Wigan game (BPL) which was scheduled for today was cancelled.

Chelsea is scheduled to play Man U tomorrow in the FA Cup and Fulham in BPL tomorrow as well. Thus, the Fulham game has been postponed.

ManU was scheduled to play West Ham today in BPL and Chelsea tomorrow in FA Cup. Thus they postponed the West Ham game.

Just wanted to point out that Bayern Munchen (1st) are 20 points ahead of Dortmund (2nd) in the Bundesliga.

Juventus (1st) are 9 points ahead of Napoli (2nd) in Serie A.

Man U (1st) are 12 points ahead of City (2nd) in the BPL.

Barca (1st) are 13 points ahead of Real (2nd) in La Liga.

Yup, cuz La Liga is the only league where the top teams are quite visibly ahead of the rest

They may have a better chance than Barce

Juve clinging on to those 9 points. Today Giaccherini (bench player) came on and scored in injury time.

Pogba has problably been their best midfielder the last month ... thank you Man U

Maybe, if Milan scores then Barca's out - that's my feeling/prediction.

Nice. He played for Italy in the summer right?

Getting Pogba was huge.

CR7 had to bail out Real (again) today in a 2-1 win in Vigo against Celta.

A little nervous for the draw on Friday.

Cavani has been playing like crap. I wonder what his value will be this summer and how interested REal will be.

If they happen to get him would it mean the exit of Benzema?

Giacc did play for Italy yes.

Idk I think Chelsea or City are more likely to get him. Benz and/or Higuain would be sold if Cavani or Falcao were to be brought in.

higuain is demanding out apparantly. he's had it, and he said he wants to move to england. lot of strikers on the market this summer, lot of movement. I can only hope spurs nab one. so.. higuain out, cavani in

Real play with one #9. If Falcao or Cavani come in Atletico or Napoli would demand a lot of dough to which maybe it'd be necessary to sell both. Also, there is a young gem who constantly produces (like the game winner against Levante) despite the little playing time he gets in Alvaro Morata.

Soldado or Negredo could go to Spurs. I said before the season started I wouldn't mind a straight up player swap of Higuain + Kaka for Mata and Torres.

I think chelsea will want falcao, and are really the only club who can pay the fee in the premier league who need a striker. falcao to chelsea, and higuain to spurs is unlikely, but possible. especially since they want bale so damn bad and we have that partnership they'll want to be on our good side making negotiations easier. I wouldn't mind either soldado or negredo, but negredo can disappear at times, like defoe. but when he's producing he's immaculate

don't know if Chelsea will get him since it looks like Europa League is a big possibility next year. Spuds should sell Bale if they can get $60 mil for him. You can get 3-4 really quality players from Germany/France/Spain for that price. Need more depth in the champs league next season.

don't think 1 year is enough evidence to show if a league is more balanced

Bundesliga - 4 different teams have won since 2006-07
EPL - 3 teams
Serie A - 3 teams
La Liga - 2 teams

Higuain and Kaka won't be as effective in the EPL. especially at Chelsea.

Barca advancing? Not impossible but extremely difficult.

It's been a relative monopoly except for the Bundesliga where it's either Munchen or some random no one expected except now it'll become Munchen or Dortmund each year. Bundesliga is still the best league in the world though all things considered. It was Chelsea or Man U winning the BPL for how many seasons? Now it'll be Man U or City. Serie A - the 3 traditional powers. La Liga - Valencia's demise (financially) and Barca's rise didn't help.

Higuain or Kaka won't be as effective in the BPL. hmmm, people also said Silva and Mata were too small for the BPL.
