BTW, did you guys hear the deal that the Austrian Soccer Federation made to the players that are currently playing on their Euro squad? Apparently the first person who scores a goal for them in these European championships will get a life time supply of Austrian beer.

Now if that isn't an incentive to score than I don't know what is.

Would they get the supply during the tourney? That would be nuts. I'd be killing my own teammates to score that goal.

Switzerland already out of the competition. Thats pretty bad. Usually, the host does pretty well thanks to refereing (see "south Korea").
Czech Republic Vs Turkey should be a hell of a game. Elimination game.

I can't fucking believe it.

Of ALL the games in the entire tournament, that's the ONLY match that won't be on regular TV. That's right even though BOTH TSN and shitsnet are covering the tournament, only shitsnet west is gonna show this game. aarrgg.

Yeah, I'm debating whether or not I run back and forth accross the street from my office to keep tabs on the game or try and wait to watch the encore tonight on TSN. I don't think I can wait that long though.

Nah.... if you're not watching the whole game, than it's always best to tape/PVR it or watch the whole thing without knowing the score.

I managed that yesterday pretty good.

Today i'm leaving work to get home in time for the Poland Austria game.

Yeah, I have about 6 blabbermouth buddies that I know are going to try and ruin it for me today. So, it might be tough to avoid unfortunately.

BTW, good luck to your Polaks this afternoon. They should coast by the Austrians.

btw, when you're internet connection at work sucks ass, it is a pain in the ass to always hit refresh and stay only on the 16th minute of play after 4 minutes.

What site are you on C? I use espn. Their game tracker is pretty decent.
