What the Americans lack in talent they show in heart.

Right now England isn't impressing me too too much.

Lucky for both teams they have good goalkeepers.

What'd the guy just say, 24 shots on goal?

seems like both teams settled for a tie with 10 minutes left
England played a bit better, but it was close
goalie switch next game

Its quite hard to dislike Del Piero. The man is pure class and a Juventino to boot.

Argentina game was boring. They lacked a killer instinct and messi had plenty of chances to put his team on the board. I think they kind of took their foot off the gas after they scored 6 minutes in. england game was pretty intense.

Thank you Rob Green! lol

Was at a graduation party watching the game with some family. We went crazy and laughed for about a good 10min on that goal. lol How do you not stop that?

1-1 tie. Not a bad start for the USA! We were a little scared when Howard was down for a little. We thought maybe a broken hand with the dude leg going into it at first but was good to see him get up and was alright.

So based on the matches I have seen so far, South Korea is my favorite to win it all.

Pretty entertaining few days. It's nothing but football, football, football at my place. Free HD is a beautiful thing.

Even though the games have not had a lot of scoring, it's been entertaining as they have mostly been pretty close affairs. Although sometimes frustrating as some all world talents just can't seem to put the ball in the net. France, England, Argentina. I am talking about you. Another frustrating thing about this world cup is reminding me about the pathetic tactics some teams (from certain parts of the world) take in their style of play (i.e. diving and play acting). Fucking Uruguay - and i'll be quite frank and admit it's one thing i won't miss when Thierry Henry retires from the national team. As a French supporter it pisses me off to see my guy doing that.

England USA was a pretty good match. I am not that big on the Heskey selection for England. and Rooney didn't really impress me yesterday either. On the other hand, the Liverpool contingent looked real good IMO. especially Glen Johnson. He's always good when he pushes forward and yesterday he was giving the Americans fits in their end. Gerrard was Gerrard. That's why i love the guy. Hell even Carragher impressed. I've never really supported England, but i gotta say i was pulling for them and i hope they do well.
