Argentina is on the ground running. They just destroyed their grouping. Hell, they practically left their starting 11 at home for their last game (save for Messi) and still outclassed their opponent.

But you and I have both seen this from teams before. Spain was the class of the world and look mediocre against Switzerland.

Argentina looked alright in their first game and really looked good their last 2 games but were expected to.

I expect Argentina to win, but I don't think it'll be a cake walk. Germany has the speed and creativity to match them. Argentina, well, they have Messi ha.

Refs made a huge impact in this worldcup..It's getting worse and worse everyday , this is ridiculous..

After this WC I don't think FIFA can still ignore the discussions about using more technology..

Im not going to say I aprove what Heinze did because the camera was doing his job but I get why was he so pissed. Do they really need to get that close? Heinze doesnt have that much history of being a douche either, maybe some dirty harder than needed tackles sometimes.

No way the rules stay how they are. FIFA are dinosaurs they love the fact they can justify corruption on a "missed called" and what not.

My feelings too. Although I WILL say that this is prob the first int'l game that I've seen Lampard show up to. He & Gerard were pretty good.

Due respect to the Germans.... you give them a chance and they don't miss. Klose & Podolski were as lethal as I'd thought they'd be. And they have some awesome youth too.

Argentina/Germany should be a good one. Tevez and Messi are just incredible to watch. Tevez in particular looks like he's about 3 x as fast as anyone else on the pitch. I miss him on Man. U.

Can't wait for Spain/Portugal now.
