Not a fan of the CFL, too many stupid rules, and the massive endzone ruins it for me.

They need a big field because it's a passing league...

That still gives me no reason to believe they should have a 30 yard endzone or whatever it is... Thats just too damn big.

Not a fan of American football, but i watch the CFL here and there.

While in no way do i advocate the Argos going into BMO field, the Argos really have to get out of the rogers centre if you ask me. And yeah i know they have a pretty sweet lease agreement (i think for a while the lease was free - not sure if it still is), but that place does more harm than good when it comes to atmosphere. It's too bad the Argos couldn't have gotten their shit together at Varsity way back when and then at York U after that.

I like the stadiium the Lions play in - Empire Field. Actually think it's way better than what they're going to have when they go the GM place.

How are the teams sizing up this year? Is Montreal still the team to beat?

You mean BC Place Stadium. GM Place name changed to Rogers Arena.

yeah yeah my bad.

While the renovations may be nice, i really think CFL teams (and MLS teams for that matter) are better suited for 30 000 (max) seat stadiums.

the fact that sizes vary on different fields bothers me. some have trapezoid endzones because of tracks.
