Oy, the Ferrer-Verdasco match was epicness to the max!

Trying to stay up for the Nadal-Lopez match ... trying, trying, trying. Most likely won't make it.

Agreed! And that last shot by Verdasco to close it out? SICK!

That kid won me over when he played that marathon match against Rafa a while back.... and he's making me fall for him again.

He's pretty awesome ... I saw him play at the Roger's Cup this year but, sadly, he had to bow out with an injury. Amazing how many Spaniards made it to the round of 16 ... versus the lone American.

I hate Verdasco with a passion. Good player but such a douche. Now that Spain got eliminated in the FIBA Worlds, I really hope Nadal makes me happy this month and completes the Slam.

Awesome conditions at the Federer Soderling game. Love the wind. Federer breaks for the 3-4. He is too much.

Because Roger set the bar ridiculously high with his play over the last 8-10 years. It's like people just EXPECT him to win every single tournament (or at least make the finals) and the moment he doesn't they start asking questions. lol...

Make no mistake... he's still DISGUSTINGLY good... the best in the game along with Rafa IMO. And he's taking Soderling to school right now.

Federererer has been playing at a high level all year. He did look like he wouldn't get back to the point he's at now. I think the demands on these guys is just crazy. Look at how Murray is crashing and burning right now. It's pretty easy to lose that edge when the body starts to break down at all, or even when they get tired mentally.

I'd have to give Roger the edge over Rafa in this tournament, but I'm pulling for the guy that still hasn't been broken and wants this thing like crazy. With Nadal getting all his big wins against a guy like Federer, it's hard to see how other greats with no real competition can compare.

If robot technology ever gets that good then the future looks bright.

The guy can work his way through any situation so fucking well. He's looking like he could be the greatest.

I can't believe this tennis stadium. It is such an american piece of crap. It's ugly, dysfunctional, most of the spectators have a shitty view from a mile away, but oh wow look at how big it is.

Because there are idiots in this world who know nothing about tennis who just want to talk ...

I'm a Rafa girl, through and through, but Roger is absolute greatness. I always always worry about him getting in Rafa's way.

Qureshi-Bopanna versus Bryan-Bryan in the doubles finals today ... Qureshi and Bopanna, the Pakistani-Indian combo, is the only reason I watched this today. Nice to see a Pakistani and an Indian team up to compete together. Sad that they lost.

I haven't looked forward to a potential Roger/Rafa final this much since their Wimbledon classic a few years ago.

Both guys are just looking like they're in a different class (and they probably are). The way that each guy just took the spirit from their last opponents (Soderling and Verdasco) was eerie to watch.

When did Andy Murray go out? I didn't even notice.... and what about Tsonga? Thought a big hitter like him would have fared better at the US.

Andy Murray lost to Stan Wawrinka in the fourth (??) round ... Tsonga is injured and didn't take part (sad).

Can't wait for Sunday ... it's our Eid celebration this weekend but ... yeah, we are going to be in front of the TV tomorrow and Sunday.

I would hate to try to see a little ball from half of those seats. And yeah - they need to upgrade with a roof to counteract the wind tunnel effect. Only an american could defend that monstrosity.
