Nope, you're not the only one MVP. I've been a Rangers fan since they got Messier and had to endure 7 years of these guys not making the playoffs. In taht time we rebuilt our system, so now we're reaping the benefits.

Hopefully Gomez recovers in time for the playoffs.

Great game for the Leafs last night, obvi its too little too late but nothings better than beating the Habs near the end of the season.

Damn you Maurice, why the hell are you putting in rookies in the shoot-out for a game that, if we won, would've eliminated one of our main rivals. For Christ's sake.

(BTW im referring to the Leaf game tonight)

Don't remind me. The Stanley Cup runner-up curse is still intact.

Carolina loses to Florida, Boston(if they hold their 2-0 lead on Ottawa with 10 minutes left), Philly, and Ottawa all in! Holy shit!

Ottawa = maddddd bailed out. They would've been in deep shit if Carolina didn't choke tonight.

Phew ... one relieved Sens fan here tonight. Thank god, because we couldn't solve the combination for the vault named Tim Thomas tonight. We at least scored on him, but it's been forever since we've been able to put a puck by him.

Yeah watch them get sweeped 4-0 in the first round vs the Caps, along with Ovie averaging a hat-trick/per game.

WITH A LEAFS LOSS, COYOTES WIN, AND TWO CBJ WINS, THE LEAFS WOULD GET 6TH PICK OVERALL!!!

TANK LEAFS TANK

Aw damn. As much as I wanted the Leafs to lose the rest of their games after officially being mathematically eliminated from the playoffs, I'm gonna miss them.

ACIEEARL - I'm sorry but did Miller not shutout the Bruins tonite??

But you know who's friggin unreal is the Caps. The friggin team was last in the east like 2 months ago and now they're friggin 3rd like WTF?? The NHL seriousley needs to change that rule about 1st place in your divison making the playoffs.

It's a shame those "Frogs" are going to sweep your Bruins though.

Also a shame that my Sens are going to take in the ass against Sid the Kid and company.

Ian Mendes of Sportsnet is picking the Sens over the Pens!

I don't like this matchup with my boys in blue against the Devils. Hopefully the playoff experience Drury and Gomez has will shine through.

That's a homer pick ... considering Mendes is the Ottawa Sportsnet correspondent I'm not surprised.

No Alfie, no Fisher and no Kelly ... come'on ... who are we kidding?

Leafs need to build from the blue-line out. For a Leafs fan, it would have been nice to grab Bogosian (who I've seen play - he's going to be a HANDFUL). But a safe pick would be Luke Schenn.

It's also time to clean house. The Leafs got fucked by their players. Kaberle fucked them hard (they would have received Jeff Carter + picks incl. a 1st rounder), Sundin fucked them (they would have received Chris Higgins + picks incl, a 1st rounder), Kubina fucked them...

Moral of the story: Don't give players NTC's or NMC's.

I think both Fisher and Alfredsson will be ready for game 3. That qualifies as a couple of weeks (even though it's more like 12 days)
