Red Storm up on 'Nova right now

I forgot what it feels like to be in the top 25.

Feels good, huh? Great comeback season by St John. Now it is about improving that seed. A win on the road over Nova would be huge.

Good game so far. I am going back and forth between that game and the #7 BYU @ #6 SDSU game.

BYU up 50-44.

Yeah, some great games on today. I'm looking forward to the Duke - VTech match later.

And it feels DAMN good. Love Big East play.

VT has everything to play for in that game and it is at home. Easily could see them winning tonight against Duke. Rooting for it to happen also.

I enjoy watching BE basketball. Kinda like SEC in football. Every week in conference play it seems like most of the games are coming down to the last seconds.

Jimmer with 24points so far with 9min to go on the road @ SDSU. SDSU throwing everybody at him. He has quite a bit of TO today though. Right now BYU is on fire from 3. 12-18 from 3. Up 13.

After being down by 22points at one point in the first half, Colorado comes back and wins by 2 over Texas!

Might have. Still some time to regain the old play. They have been a surprise to a lot of people this year with the way they were playing a little earlier.

a few shockers today.

What has happened to Texas? a few melt downs in the past few games. They always start off on fire in the first half...they just gotta learn to sustain it.

Looks like there isn't a TRUE #1 seed this season. Every team has flaws...

That Texas meltdown was hard to watch. Colorado's not a bad team but they should've been able to handle them.

It was nice to see Duke lose last night.

It should be a really, really interesting March.

I can't keep up with college teams. I watch the occasional game during Saturday morning while having brunch or something. The only year I payed close attention to it was in 2007 because I was excited to watch Oden play.

Really, the best way is to simply pick a program and just follow it. I chose St. John's because of their history, they're a NYC based school and their games are accessible (can always go to Niagara when they play). Plus, I don't like the big tier programs because, well, everyone is a Duke fan, but how many are Red Storm fans? Makes you feel unique in a sports world that is usually very homogeneous.

And the basketball is really, really good.

i dont think they should have lost the top spot, sure they lost but they played in the 2nd hardest venue to win at in the last decade, by just 4 and only had 1 loss. then the 2nd loss came the same week 7 out of the top 10 lost and their loss was @#8 Purdue, they have no bad or weak losses, a few good wins, RPI of 3 and 1 win away from being B1G 10 Champs

I figure we would drop in the polls just cause when you lose I guess people don't expect you to be #1 no more.

It don't matter. The important thing is the #1 seed which Ohio State pretty much has lock down and they will play their first two games in Cleveland!
