So if we go below .500 is that enough to fire Gibby already?

It hasn't been bad I'll give it that, but when we manage to get good pitching, we get no hitting. That good run we had, we were getting both. For years there has never been any real consistency and it's been our downfall.

Fine by me. I've never like him.

i don't particularly like Gibby but i have to agree

imo, this is a complete failure on the part of management/ownership...this team reeks of desperation right now...the lack of depth in the minors has reared it's ugly head (for all to see)
but what's even more baffling is the lack of willingness to go out and spend...this is an ownership group worth Billions

this organization had a window (for the first time in years) to win and they've done nothing to show this loyal fanbase that they actually give a shit imho

Rogers is far too busy running this team like it runs it's business...gouging it's customers while offering little in return

In baseball it's the manager's job not to lose games, they barely take part in the winning. And Gibby hasn't really done anything to lose these games, we are just sucking so hard. I'm actually a fan of Gibby.

6 runs in our last 48 innings.

What happened to our famous hitting coach? Edwin is really the only good hitter not playing.

We're not trading away any of the big pieces; accountability falls on the manager. And our amazing May seems to have blinded everyone but if you go back to April I remember quite a few games getting blown by bad pitching changes. Or you could just go back to that 12 inning game we just had where he kept in Jenkins (I believe) instead of getting Jansen out there and they walked us off.

mlb should come out and say, 'we're going to offer replay, but only for certain teams

this is getting frustrating

You can't give up on these guys yet. They're going through a tough stretch of poor play and a hard schedule. The silver lining is they've played like shite for a good stretch now and they're still right there.
