I'm really relishing the idea that the Jays might knock TB out of playoff contention. A small consolation for a shitty season, but I'll take it at this point.

Henderson Alvarez just threw a no-no for the Marlins. What a fucking season.

RedsRaptorsBuckeyesFan, what did you think about the decision of starting Johnny Cueto, who was somewhat still coming off an injury, in a do-or-die wild card game? Reds should've went with Latos or Bailey, IMO.

Latos was the original starter, he told the staff he could not go(injury issue). Bailey would have been on short rest. Cueto was a gamble with not being off injury very long, I would have taken him out at the first sign of trouble though. Dusty left him in a little longer and he ended up giving 4 runs. Should have taken him out after the 2nd inning, every Pirate was hitting him hard(even the outs). He was not ready and the crowd was getting to him.

Just a tough year. Hitting never shown up this year when the Reds needed it. Now Reds will lose Choo to FA and the hitting problems could be even worse. And the division will be tough with St Louis and Pirates again. Big offseason for the Reds. Excited about Billy Hamilton though, although I think he is a year away from being ready. The dude is the fastest player in MLB. He came up this September and went 13/13 in SB. He even stole bases on pitch outs, that is how good he is when he is on the bases. He is the one that broke the minor league record of SB last year. Crazy speed.

Pitching, Pitching, Pitching. What is winning again for the most part.

What a shot by Ortiz last night. CLUTCH. Fun playoffs so far even with the Reds not being in there right now.
