It will be interesting to hear them and if they will bring up any excuses for their teams' failures. I know the Jays have a fair bit of upside, but even they have been mired in crappy and underperforming seasons.

All of these guys seem like pretty proud individuals. And you have to assume that the short comings of their teams will be called in question. Even just the three of them being in the same room while being interviewed should make for interesting listening.

I don't think Beeston has anything to answer for - at least in terms of responsibility. And he's been forthcoming about the past practice of papering the house. It was Ricciardi, Godfrey and Rogers. J.P. and Paul are gone and Rogers has changed their tune.

MLSE though, that's a different story.

i agree with you in that Beeston is in the clear as far as personal responsibility. i was thinking more about the other guys in terms of them getting defensive.

Fun, interesting interview. I laughed when Colangelo likened himself to the 'Bosh' of the trio.

I didn't get to listen to it, but that is absolutely hilarious, Aar. It's good that he has a sense of humour, that BC.

indeed that was hilarious. they referred to bob mccown as the pat riley of radio for getting the 'big 3' together. bc then said 'and i'm way behind both of those two, so i'm the Bosh of the 3'... or something like that.

missed the 1st quarter of the hr but i have to be honest and say i was terribly disappointed with the Bobcat...he had a chance to ask some serious questions for some much needed answers from all 3 of these franchises...and he didn't

he instead went with a lot of (imho) lame topics...the whole 45 mins i watched seemed incredibly juvenile and amateurish

highly disappointed

I agree. Questions like what is your favourite movie, name three people living or dead....pretty piss poor! And I like McCowan.
