![]() asweome thread Benzo. I love watching luge (and bobsled). seriously.
some Alberta based company is offering $1,000,000 to split between the luger (lugist?) and the Canadian luge program if someone wins a gold medal. |

![]() I love watching the Olympics. More of a summer guy, but lots of the winter sports are cool to watch.... i guess there's something about the best athletes in the world that literally give every ounce of their effort in these competitions. Even sports that i don't normally watch can be compelling to me.

![]() Bailey Not carrying the torch? Yes I do know he is a Summer Olympian but the most decorated Canadian Olympian should carry that torch dammit.

![]() how is Nash underwhelming?
He's from there (well Victoria), is probably the best athlete to come out of that area, is popular all over the world and is a Canadian Olympian himself. |

![]() Wayne won't get picked he wasn't even an olympian. I'm sure it'll be an oldschool gold medalist that most people don't even know (Nancy Green) or a person that really represents "canadian historical fabric" like an indian chief of some sort or Rick Hansen
I voted for Pamela Anderson myself wearing Seal Skin and a Peta watch |
