Wow, that's pretty impressive for a somewhat no name Canadian squad.

So we need top finish in top 4 in our group (not last place) to advance to the Q-finals. Tomorrow's Cuba game will be huge since we only best them by 1 point for the final spot.

So by my quick math, if we tomorrow we clinch a quarterfinal spot.

Wow, followed that game, but missed the second half. Great win team Canada.

Wow Joel Anthony looking like an offensive beast the last few possessions. Up 17 in third quarter.

Andy Rautens was hitting everything. You know what? you are starting to see more and more NBAers on the national team - and i'm not even talking about established guys who have passed on the program before. I'm talking about kids like Rautens and Joseph .

Basketball is growing in Canada and this is a great sign.

Let's hope they can build off this win.

Game's pretty much on ice. 21 point lead with 2 minutes left in the game. We need a real ballhandler on the team. I don't like how we're throwing the ball frantically all over the court.

-1 with 1 minute to go.

Now tied with 41 seconds to go. We have a ball game.

what a terrible and embarrassing team to watch today.

English, Rautins, and Anthony shit the bed terribly.

Where does that kid anderson play? He's fast as all hell!

This is a bummer.

The main reason why I think Canada lost is the inability to get the defensive rebound. We really need to bring Tristan Thompson in. Joel Anthony needs more help on the glass.
