victoria to hfax. thats an expensive travel budget for a league with limited resources.
the one problem with making a pro team in canada is that cities are spread far apart

There should be some representation on the West coast if it is a Canada wide league. But you're right about the travel budget and the long flights.

Nice another place where the likes of Patrick O'Bryant can go to.

Good news though, might promote the game throughout Canada and create some future talent for national teams.

That's the point! There is too many hockey leagues and basketball is less expensive sport!
