![]() about time. I really haven't seen any success in Rautin's tenure. His teams lost so many close games to lower talent. I realize he was handcuffed by personnel, But his last game will speak the loudest. Losing to a sub par Panama team in a most win situation. He teams had tendency to collapse in the final qrt. And to have zero intentions of playing defense. Know we are going to go with out Canada basketball till 2013. Putting Rautins goal of getting back into the top 10 way out of reach.

![]() He had a couple of decent wins here and there. Just getting to the worlds seemed like an accomplishment, but then completely failing when they got there was not good. I don't know the behind the scenes stuff, but one would think the whole Dalembert thing should not have gone the way it did.
All in all it would be nice if a real coach was appointed. |
