A minor Issue.
I've been offshore gaming with Bet365 for about 2 years, until recently everything was deposited through my TD Visa. TD no longer accepts depositing after Dec 1st. Are there any Canadian sites that allow TD? Alternatively, what are other possible ways of depositing money? I'm awayre of Instadebit and the like but I'm not interested in faxing documents are scanning anything. Am I asking for the impossible or is there a way around this issue.
