I was chatting with 'strung out' and 'poof' chat disappeared... what happened to it?

That chat feature is not for civilians, but for a few brief moments you guys accidentally got to access it.

Too bad, it was a cool feature but I can understand why it's not for public use. A whole forum chatting on that would be ridiculous.
