anyone else having issues uploading? I keep getting a message telling me it failed.

I've yet to try and upload one, but judging by the fact I can see yours, I guess you got it to work.

*edit* I just added one with no problems.

Click on the Go Advanced or Post Reply button to open the full reply page.

Scroll down near the bottom and you will see a button that says Manage Attachments.

No, I don't think so.

I uploaded a profile pic of myself yesterday when I was trying to help Cling and my avatar didn't change.

The profile pic shoes up on your profile (click on your name, you'll see it). The avatar is your pic when you comment in the forum.

yes, yes... i thought so. It was just when i clicked on CLing's profile i saw that he had the same photo as the one on his avatar.
