So You Knocked Up a Girl

It could be any of the following

1. A one night stand
2. A fuck friend
3. A casual Girl Friend

So what do you do? Would you tell you parents? Maybe your older and knocked up a mistress, a "fuck friend" or just someone casually.

Of course I'm talking about a mistake and something you really did not want or intend happening. What is your course of action and what would u do to handle this situation?

1. Abortion?
2. Have the baby but just take care of it financially?
3. Run Away

If this was just a casual night's activities (hint hint), then the only right thing to do is to put up the child for adoption - assuming neither boy or girl are willing to raise the child. A lot of couples can't have kids for whatever reason, and this is the "best" way to deal with an unwanted pregnancy. Especially if it was a result of innocent teenage love.

Morally, you have a responsibility to the unborn kid. Just my opinion.

What if your a scared 18 year old kid who just wants to get the whol ordeal over with and sweep it under the covers?

A fly by night abortion may be ideal for them correct?

I still think you have a responsibility even if you are a scared teenager.

Far be it from me to answer this as i've never been in the position myself. I totally believe that it's purely the individual's choice alone and i wouldn't cast judgememt either way.

If it was me and my hypothetical girlfriend, i'd go for adoption. But hey, that's the nice thing about living in Canada (different options).

Oh that's a good question. I don't know what I would do. Initially I thought abort it - but emotional scars. Then I thought give him/her up for adoption - more emotional scars. Pray for a miscarraige - emotional scars. You're doomed emotionally whichever way you go.

I think I would put him/her up for adoption and pray the kid wont be too mad at me when (WHEN) he/she finds out.

Adoption emotional scars are gonna be 1000x the abortion emotional scars, methinks..... particularly if you go on to have a family.

I mean, I'm pro-choice for the woman - if you were man enough to put it in, you gotta be man enough with the consequences - whether she keeps the child or not.

I don't think the procedure is very long. From what I read, it takes an afternoon with the rest of the day for physical recovery. It's the emotional scars that hurt.
