Does anyone else find it hilarious that he refers to them as "the gays"? This guy is a joke. Toronto's been the laughing stock of the world under his office term.

I know....something an 80yr old would say, just like him referring to orientals.

I'm not sure what to say anymore. I used to hate this man and his policies. Now I just feel sorry for him.

I don't understand how he managed being mayor while this cancer has apparently been inside his body for years. Considering the size of the tumour, the late diagnosis and the spread, I don't think he has too much time.

Years? The Dr. said he had a CT scan a couple yrs ago before his appendicitis and it showed nothing. So I'm not sure how late the diagnosis is. I am surprised they won't do surgery to take some of it out and then do the Chemo. Not sure about how it's usually done though. Do they usually do surgery then chemo or chemo to shrink it then have surgery?

The following is all based on my news reading and not my own knowledge.

1. Dr. Cohen said that the tumour is "several years old" and I read 2-3 years somewhere.

2. Also, I just wanted retract my previous statement. According to this article, a Yale professor estimate that Ford has a 50% chance of 5-year survival. I don't know how valid that statement is, but here is the link: Rob Ford's diagnosis: What is a pleomorphic liposarcoma? | Toronto Star
