Default Gas for under 70 cents... wow.

I think that I saw it for 68.9 near my house (in Mississauga) this morning. Never thought that I'd see gas that low again. Hard to believe that just a few months ago we were paying almost DOUBLE that. : |

My wallet is definitely happier now though.

seriously!!!!????
sweeet, i have to fill up today anyway since im at about a 1/4 tank.

this is making me
i drive a truck and when gas was at 1.25 in the summer, i'd have to pay about 120+ to fill the tank. now i fill her to the top for only 60 bucks!
i hope it continues this way.

so do any of the guru's around here know why the price is so cheap?
whats the reasoning?
is it proving that they were gouging us in the past?
is it the economy?

Hot damn! 66 cents now!

Wonder if it'll drop into the 50's? That would be crazy.

I used to live on Aquitaine about 7 years ago. As it stands right now that's one block from my street (Battleford). The lake is a 2 min. walk away from me.

this is what happens when the chickens come home to roost. this is what happens when commodities traders push the economy and the everyday consumer to the brink and realize that if they keep pushing they break the whole economy and then nobody makes money. inflation coming soon..stay tuned.

It's 66.8 here. Also, since my parents go to Petro Canada we use a Mastercard that gets you 2 cents of per litre and a card that you can get that gives you 5cents of per litre. So today my dad put gas for 59 cents per litre. Now thats saving

Yep. I have a Chrysler Intrepid from 2004.

Cost me just under $40 to fill it up yesterday.

That was glorious!

The stations say that today's barrel values are for the gasoline that the stations will supply consumers with in January. Come January, you think the price we pay at the pump is going to be equal to the December barrel value? Hell no. As everyone knows, Gas Stations = Full Of Crap.
