We were going to call, but I was too drunk to remember your number.

There were some real smoking musicians there.

Are you coming to Welland tomorrow with us?

Yeah, if my heart co-operates. I've had a string of symptom-free days.

Was probably best that I didn't go since I have Rowan today and a hangover would have been troublesome.

Where's Bubble Boy with our latest report on the Swine Flu?

I guess it's not fun to report it's reached it's peak and is dying off.

What's your point?

I wrote three hits just last week alone. One right on the spot at rehearsal.

here's one for you germophobes -

I was just in the can taking a leak. some guy walks out of one of the stalls after clearly taking a dump, goes to the paper towel dispenser and gets his towels, then goes to wash his hands... now it's tough enough as it is pushing the lever on the paper towel dispenser knowing how many hands touch it every day, but now that i know that there is at least one guy that touches it with his shitty hands before he washes them, i don't think i will ever be able to dry my hands here at work again. that's just nasty.

I won't go near public sinks and just use Purell when I'm out. People are gross and sinks are the dirtiest, most contaminated things (even in the home). When I worked at the Shopper's at Bloor and Spadina, I go a first hand look at what some members of the public do with and in public toilets. The washroom there wasn't exactly public, but they'd let people use it in an emergency. On more than one occassion, the cleaning staff went in after the person had left to find crap smeared everywhere. Apparently, that happens a lot in public restrooms.

i'll never use purell. that stuff takes away all of the bacteria you need to create your own natural resistances. but i might have to overcome my environmental objection to air dryers and start to use 'em again, because this was just not right at all...

Actually, it doesn't - that's a myth.

I just never touch anything with my hands in public washrooms. You can get by just using your feet to flush and your forearms and elbows for everything else.
