on a side note, i absolutely hate apply with all my passion for their IOS 5. they took blackberry's bbm idea, and android's notification centre idea. come up with some of your own ideas for fucks sake. ive always hated apple, and now it just grew immensely

Own ideas? What are you smoking? If anything android and blackberry have taken some of apple's ideas. The iphone upped the anti when it comes to phone technology after Blackberry dominated for several years. Android's layout and touch screen and even the look of most of their phones look very iphone like. Hell, Blackberry torch now has a phone with no keypad (touchpad only), I was looking at it the other day and the sales person said "yeah it looks simular to the iphone" when describing it.

whatever.

people arguing about which phone is better, apple or PC....

whatever. MAC/ APPLE.... great marketing, thats about it.

I love Blackberry! For some reason I find iPhone a girly gadget regardless what color it is.

No blackberry looks like an iPhone... but yes android phones do.

Also the only thing blackberry dominated and still does is the corporate world, that's quickly changing though.

There was a survey done here about 2 months ago in all the future shops in the province about what your next purchase would be. Android came out on top with 74% iPhone was 20% and blackberry was a whopping 6%.

Though like I said before. I'd take a blackberry over an iPhone.

I had to purchase another phone for this new company a couple weeks ago (had to hand in my prev phone to the other company). Anyway, I decided to stick with Blackberry torch. Then I find out that the database we use at the new company isn't available on blackberry but it is with an iphone + ipad. Well to say the least I regret not getting the iphone and Rogers wouldn't let me return it b/c I had talked for more than 30min. But I'm getting an ipad for Christmas so I guess it doesn't matter.

I have a blackberry forever and love it but honestly what has changed in the last couple years for blackberry.. where the iphone just gets better and better every day it seems... might have to make the switch soon

The new iphone comes out this year and I'm switching. My Blackberry Torch has been pissing me off lately.

Superjudge 02-14-2012 04:57 PM

BB's new campaign says it all.... action, not distraction.

Superjudge 02-14-2012 04:57 PM

AND, BB new tablet is gonna rock.

pzabby 02-14-2012 05:13 PM

imo, all tablets are useless. Iphone won't bring a phone better than its android counterparts on the market today imo. There's only so much that can be improved without multitasking.

It's all preference. I prefer the iphone to androids. But both are better than Blackberry.

that quote is true, and makes me sad. Poor RIM, sad to see a Canadian company go down the way they have. Hope they pick it back up again.:sigh:

Stonezz 02-14-2012 10:05 PM

I still like BB. Definitely in the minority but I would buy another one

bjjs 02-14-2012 11:44 PM

I'm not convinced I would like a tablet more than a good netbook
