I have no problem with polyamory; I do have a problem with those who practice it in hiding, though, because they are being dishonest with the ones who care about them the most. If you want to have an open relationship, all the more power to you, you just need to be honest about it, and if your other partner doesn't consent to it, you have to choose between your partner and that lifestyle.

Oh, I'm not so bad. But I'm trying to figure out when I would visited your blog? Usually I stick to "like minded" blogs because I don't want to rub my exploits in people's faces.

Although I use the site and blog about my adventures on it, I do agree that Ashley Madison is both cynical and exploitive. And possibly morally wrong, but the fact of the matter is that most people will at some time entertain the idea the idea of cheating on their significant other. Yes, I know nobody here would ever dream of such a thing, but get back to me after you've been married a few years and then tell me what you think.

In fact, the second woman I write about in my blog (Sandra) is a hard core Republican and just a year earlier, would have joined in the chorus of people condemning guys like me. But life has a way of changing you. She's still a Republican, mind you, but after enough years of a sexually unsatisfactory husband, she realized there are no awards for "Most Faithful Wife" and decided she'd rather be happy than "right." as the slogan goes, "Life is short."

The advantage of AM is that it can be a little safer in that rather than meeting moms at school or ladies at work or other dangerous "too close to home" encounters, you can meet women who you will otherwise never run into in day to day life. It's an extra level of separation.

Hey, just so you know, here in Canada we don't really care whether you are republican or democrat, being American is enough to get you in our bad books.

Polygamy is having multiple wives or husbands. Polyamory is having multiple lovers.

I know i know they won't report this side effect on Viagra, why would they? Also if the side effect is a long term effect like it takes place the next generation, then the drug company Pfizer will be safe down the line from any legal repercussions since i think there is a 0.1% chance of tracing the birth defects all the way to the Viagra taken. It never has happened before in history so I doubt it will happen any time soon.

That's a pretty elaborate joke right there.

Really?

I never really bothered to keep such an agenda in my 'bad book'.

In any case, thanks for bringing the level of conversation down a few pegs there.

and to Riffdog... Good for you.... and hey, at least you know you're an asshole.

There is no WE in this statement. I don't have a "bad book" and if I did I wouldn't be putting in "all americans" in that book. I'm intelligent enough to realize that politically they are our biggest allies and one of the main reason we have the standard of living we do.

So you can close that bad book and keep it to yourself.

As for Riff Dog. Man your such a little weasel LOL. I really hope you don't have kids.

Lol.. wow... well aren't you just the selfless, gentle soul... helping these "unsatisfied" wives to live happy and healthy lives. Perhaps you should consider a name change? How about "Good Samaritan"?

Honestly, it's attitudes like these that have our society going to hell in a handbasket. People who are simply looking to fulfill their own desires at the expense of everyone else. Pretty juvenile actually.

For those wondering how Riff Dog found us here, it's because you can trace whoever links to your site, if you look for it.

I linked to him here. So, here he is.

Riff Dog - not that you came back here to see how we all responded to you, but just in case...

Why you came to my blog a long time ago, I do not know. Do you only visit sites that are directly related to cheating? I did a few posts on cheating... maybe that drew you... Doesn't matter.

I don't know you, so I can't say much about you as a person. You seem content with your infidelities, and that's fine.

You wrote "the fact of the matter is that most people will at some time entertain the idea the idea of cheating on their significant other. Yes, I know nobody here would ever dream of such a thing, but get back to me after you've been married a few years and then tell me what you think."

We've already discussed this to death, and quite a few people here DO cheat and DO agree with you. So if you're trying to seem like some kinda rebel, it won't fly here. We're all real people, with real urges, and have experienced real things.

I'm not calling you out. You do what you do. I only used your blog as an example of how "exploitive" (to use your own word) Ashley Madison is.

I don't agree with it. But you do. So more power to you, and I hope your wife is doing the same thing you are.

Equality, dontchaknow.

For the record, I didn't use to mind Americans until they made fun of our men and women in uniform over in Afghanistan fighting and dying in a war that we got involved in because they were suppose to be our allies and before ex-president Bush publicly declared on television that Britian was and has always been their best friend, (I guess he forgot a little thing called the American Revolution).

More recently they have the nerve to try and trash our public health system, which by no means is perfect, but is better than anything they have.

Then there is just their total ignorance about the rest of the world, it just seems like they think the whole bloody universe revolves around them.

Oh well, whatever.

that would be specific people you have a problem with, not an entire nationality. you have just grouped 300 million people as all thinking exactly the same way.

you must realize that Americans as a whole didn't say or think those things, just because a handful of people said them, no?

Just because some dudes do or say something stupid, it's not a reflection of an entire country.
