Default Looking for blog volunteers

Hey guys and gals, with Jay not being available at the moment and lang being preoccupied with other things in his life right now, we are wondering if there are any volunteers here that want to give blogging a shot here at RF? Obviously it would be Raptor related stuff that would be discussed, or like Jay was doing with his "pre" and "post" game summaries, but be creative if you think it might be something of interest to anyone here.

We get alot of traffic from lurkers persuing the main page, so your work wouldn't go to waste and would infact have an audience to view it. So, if anyone here would be interested in trying their hand at blogging on the main page until Jay's back, let me know.

Cheers

I've given some thought to it, but I'm a bit pre-occupied with other things as well, and I really prefer just being a fan for the moment, and not getting too wrapped up in thinking about basketball all the time. I just want to interact a little here and there, and maybe get my head wrapped around trying to finish a novel - something I had tried before the old ESPN days, with so-so results, but much learned in the process (particularly how fucking hard it is). I might be able to fool myself into thinking it will be easier this time. And I will enjoy it regardless. But it does tend to be all-consuming, and I want to try to avoid that aspect and just get a good solid 500 words every day like I have on all these boards for some time. But still I don't think it's best for me to commit to any kind of blogging right now.

Sounds good LX and thanks for considering it anyways. If you do ever want to write something, hit me up and we'll publish it for the main blog whenever.

Cheers man

Hey guys, any of you aspiring writers or "wannabe comedians" want to do some regular blogging here at RF for our mainpage?

If so, PM either lang or I if interested. We're always looking for new participants to contribute here.

Ah yes, still one of the best post I've ever read on a message board. Your first official drunken rant at EBS. Hands down one of the wittiest posts I have ever read still to this date.

Hey, I just read your preview, really good job. I have the M.I.L. in town and her computer use has hampered my ability to post.

Nice job!
