Exactly. It's hard enough to succeed as an expansion franchise. Look at the Bobcats. But how does the NBA implement that rule after two Canadian teams enter the league? The Orlando Magic won the 1st pick once as a bad team, and then lucked out with the 14th worst record and ended up with the 1st pick again. I guess that ruined it for us. But the issues go beyond that. We had good enough players to contend even with things in place to make it harder for us. They just didn't stay or were mismanaged.
