By what else he does beyond shooting the ball.
It's pretty simple to me. Butler is the smarter player both offensively and defensively.
DeRozan is a more gifted scorer.
They're so different that it's not really fair to compare the two. So, on this team, DeMar is the better fit. Butler fits the Chicago mold and what they do there offensively. Personally, I take Butler simply because I really like how hard he works defensively.
