Good job by Drummond turning it around, he's an exception to the rule...
Sigh... It almost seems like I'm defending the Ross pick, which I'm certainly not. I'm just curious if MU will be better than BC...
Drummond was what? 17 when he was being scouted for the draft? I would think most 17-yr olds are pretty immature.... but you can't teach 7ft and near 300lbs (with athleticism). A JV/Drummond frontcourt could have dominated the league for years... and given us a HUGE trade chip too.
It was a poor decision.... made to look worse because Ross can't even do the one thing that people thought he could do... SHOOT.

That could very well change, but so far, he would not be my #1 or #2 pick to this point.
I want Wiggins to succeed but he reminds me a bit of Marvin Williams when he was at UNC.... and that's not a good thing.
Athleticism and size will get you far in HS and college but once you're in the NBA you'd better have some legit skills to back your game up... esp. if you're at a wing position (unless he's going to be a defensive specialist).
